Our Subea brand designed these split neoprene trousers with unstructured camouflage for intermediate spearfishing divers in warm waters above 25°CThese spearfishing wetsuit trousers feature Subea’s new and exclusive camouflage. It provides warmth, stealth and comfort with its anatomic cut and 3 mm split neoprene.
fragile lining
Reflex neoprene is a fragile material. It is advisable to wet this diving suit first, preferably with soapy water, and then to put it on with the greatest care.
Your nails can damage the inside of your wetsuit, if you do not put it on / take it off correctly. If a snag or tear appears in the diving suit, it must be repaired with neoprene glue.
Exclusive Subea camouflage: what is the difference between the unstructured black camo and the realistic khaki camo?
The camouflage used on spearfishing diving suits is designed to help the wearer blend in better with the underwater environment.
The grey/black camo pattern is “destructured”. Its unstructured disruptive design breaks up the outline of the spearfishing diver.
The khaki camo pattern is “realistic”. Its almost photographic print allows the diver to blend in with their environment against rock, seagrass, seaweed, etc.
Diving suit colours
Once the diving suit is wet, the colours become darker.
Reinforcements
These trousers have knee reinforcements to prevent wear to the fabric when fishing from a hide, for example.
Stitch bonded assembly
First, the neoprene is bonded, and then stitched for maximum resistance to abrasion. A specific stitch is used: the needle does not pass completely through the neoprene to prevent water from entering the jacket when diving.
