Polymer Training Monofin POwerfins (MEDIUM Hardness)

The POWERFINS monofin has been especially designed by Oleg Pudov (trainer for swimming with fins since 1979) for freediving training and swimming with fins.Oleg Pudov’s first fully polymer monofin is a landmark on the market.
Both for beginners and those with more experience, this monofin can be used in pools during public opening hours.

FOOT POCKET

The part of the monofin where the foot is placed.
The foot pocket on the POWERFINS is open at the heel and extends into the blade to better transmit the diver’s efforts.
To put on easily, wet your foot with soap before inserting.

BLADE

The extension of the foot pocket into the blade provides easy and very effective propulsion, avoiding muscle fatigue.
Its medium hardness and the variable thickness of the blade help to control the bending movement when swimming.

A beginner will very quickly be able to experience a sense of speed, and better get to grips with the undulating finning technique specific to monofins.

UNDULATING MOTION

This short single-material monofin is an essential tool for learning the undulating finning motion or for freediving training. You will soon feel as if you are undulating like a mermaid!
